1- Thai Mango Crush!
A mango martini with a twist!
Ingredients
Vodka Fresh Basil Leaves Lime Juice Mango Juice Green chilli – deseeded
Method: Shaken
Muddle basil along with vodka and green chilli {deseeded} Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well with ice Pour onto a pre-chilled martini glass Decorate with a mango sliver.
2- Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients
White Rum Fresh watermelon chunks Fresh watermelon juice Mint Leaves Lime Juice
Method: Built-up
Muddle fresh watermelon chunk, mint leaves and rum Add a dash of lime juice and fill it with crushed ice Top up with watermelon juice

Hot Tip: The whole drink can be also done with a green apple instead of watermelon chunks and use soda or lemonade to replace watermelon juice as a top-up.

3- Caprioska
A very simple cocktail made with only three ingredients – lime, vodka and sugar. Throw in some mint leaves for added freshness.
Ingredients of Caipiroska
45 ml vodka
6 lime wedges
15ml sugar syrup
10 mint leaves
Crushed ice
Garnish: a sprig of mint leaves/ 1/2 slice sweet lime
How to Make Caipiroska
1- Glass: Old Fashioned
2- Squeeze and drop lime wedges into the glass.
3- Tear the mint leaves over the lime.
4- Muddle. Fill glass with crushed ice.
5- Add sugar syrup and Smirnoff. Stir and taste to adjust.
6- Top with more crushed ice. Garnish.
4- Whisky with jalapeno and pineapple juice
Ingredients
Whisky – scotch Pineapple juice Jalapenos Mint Leaves Lime juice or Orange zest
Method: Built-up
Muddle jalapeño, mint leaves and whisky Add a dash of lime juice or orange zest, fill with crushed ice Top with pineapple juice Can be served in a Hurricane glass or a Collins
5- Clover Club
60 ml gin
20 ml lime juice
15 ml Rooh Afza syrup
1 egg white
Method
Combine the gin, lemon juice, Rooh Afza syrup, and egg white in a shaker, cap, and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds. Open the shaker, fill it with ice, cap, and then shake for another 10 to 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
6- Classic Pina Colada
The classic pina colada recipe with rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice. Shaken with ice and served with a pineapple wedge & cherry on top.
Ingredients of Pina Colada-
45 ml white rum
10 ml Monin coconut syrup
100 ml pineapple juice
30 ml cream/coconut cream
Scoop of vanilla ice cream
Garnish: Half a slice of pineapple.
How to Make Pina Colada
- Glass: Hurricane
- Rim the glass with desiccated coconut.
- Blend all the ingredients with a scoop of crushed ice using a jug and hand blender.
- Pour into a rimmed glass.
- Garnish: Use mango juice instead of pineapple to make a mango colada. Garnish with fresh mango or fresh mint.
