The magic happens because of that 0.3 percent. What gives? Well, it’s legal as long as the product you’re making has less than 0.3 percent Delta 9 THC. You can measure it. The bigger the counterparts are, the more you can LEGALLY use Delta 9 because it stays within the 0.3 percent. As you can see, it’s a gray area, but it’s legal and doesn’t go against the Farm Bill.
This also means that this kind of Delta 9 THC is made from hemp, not the cannabis plant, which is something I think is very important to point out. Because of this, it is legal to make this. It would NOT be legal if it came from cannabis. That’s just the way things are.
Where Can You Find This Legal Delta 9 At?
After reading all of this, you might be wondering where you can find this. It all seems a little far-fetched, and this legal Delta 9 must be hard to get, right? Wrong! In fact, it’s not as hard to find as you might think.
First of all, this kind of Delta 9 is legal everywhere that CBD can be sold legally. Both are made from hemp and don’t break any of the laws in the Farm Bill. This means that Delta 9 made from hemp can be bought anywhere in the US. Can you believe it? Only a few states don’t let CBD be sold there. Still, most states do let it happen.
